We've collated our responses to these in our Anon Asks doc here.◈ What is a zine and what is this one specifically about?A zine is a self published booklet/magazine which acts a collection of original works. This project specifically employs fairy tales and folk tales as a medium of storytelling with familiar characters in unfamiliar settings.◈ Will this be for-profit?Originally this was meant to be a strictly P4P project as per the regulations set by the original web novel hosting site, JJWXC.Due to multiple bumps in the road for this project the remaining mods collectively decided to finish the project as a free digital release.◈ What is the theme for this zine?The theme of the zine is primarily fairy tales. Given the overlap often found between fairy tales, fables, and folklore, we would like to expand upon what our understanding of fairy tales is.The tales should have an element of magic, fantasy, and whimsy. They may draw from or build upon elements passed down in oral traditions of various cultures or the works of authors (eg: Enid Blyton, Hans Christian Anderson, Lin Lan, etc).◈ Will you be featuring ships?As long as MoShang remains the main focus of the piece, all side ships (if any) are welcome and must adhere to appropriate ratings set for the anthology. Please also be respectful of others’ ships, we will not tolerate any form of shaming, and or bashing.
